Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Training and Selling Excellence for its Commercial Excellence team based in Karachi.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all new TMs receive orientation on safety, basic etiquettes, and HSE&S policy during formal training, conducted by the respective departments.
- Plan and deliver extensive training for new TMs across all teams, ensuring training feedback is collected and communicated to the respective RSMs.
- Effectively plan and deliver skills development training for TMs and RSMs, including BSO and skills sessions, with feedback available for reference.
- Establish systems and procedures to analyse the training needs of the sales team, with support from Manager Training (MT).
- Prepare and deliver product training modules for the sales and marketing teams, especially for new product launches, with feedback collected on the training’s value and environment.
- Ensure AMTs stay informed about new product launches and relevant disease areas.
- Conduct regular knowledge assessments for TMs across all teams, maintaining scores and results.
- Ensure the training department’s controllable budget does not exceed the allocated budget.
- Facilitate effective communication between the sales team and AMTs to plan field activities in line with business needs.
- Conduct leadership development gap analyses, workshops, and enhance capabilities through monthly field visits.
