Lucky Core Industries Limited is hiring a Manager Trade Marketing for its Pharmaceuticals Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an integrated trade marketing plan aligned with brand and sales goals, focusing on advocacy, visibility, and differentiated channel positioning.
- Lead initiatives to engage and educate pharmacists and chemists, building strong brand advocacy and loyalty at the retail level.
- Design and implement trade offers, incentive schemes, and sell-out programs to drive product uptake and long-term pharmacy engagement.
- Ensure optimal merchandising and shelf-level visibility of LCI’s pharmaceutical portfolio to support impactful in-store execution.
- Craft tailored strategies for e-commerce and Q-commerce platforms, enhancing digital presence and trade marketing effectiveness in online pharmacy channels.
- Monitor key metrics such as unique chemist count, drop size, and sell-out data to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing efforts.
- Plan and execute high-impact trade events, pharmacy activations, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand presence and support business objectives.
- Collaborate with Trade Sales, Brand, and E-commerce teams to ensure cohesive and effective execution of trade marketing initiatives.
- Continuously assess the performance of trade marketing activities, delivering insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
- Ensure all trade marketing practices comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal company policies, maintaining ethical standards.
