Lucky Core Industries is hiring a Sales Manager – Crops for its Agri Sciences Business based in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead national and Lahore region sales for Crops, ensuring target achievement in line with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure full team compliance with the Company’s HSE and Ethics policies, with a strong focus on product stewardship and safety.
- Provide regular market insights and deliver timely, accurate competitive intelligence reports to the Head of Sales and Business Head.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through precise forecasting and effective stock management.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with Industrial Chemicals prospects and key industry stakeholders.
- Enhance team capabilities and engagement by promoting a culture of trust, respect, and continuous professional development.
- Manage credit recoveries and oversee outstanding payments in accordance with Company policies.
- Deliver exceptional post-sales services to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Optimise cost management practices to ensure an efficient cost-to-benefit ratio.
- Identify, develop, and commercialise new business opportunities in relevant chemical sectors to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
