Lotte Kolson (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of ‘Transformation/Coordination Lead‘. The candidate will help in leading and coordinating projects for organizational transformation, in line with Company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess and identify the business areas for change, and readiness for change.
· Develop and implement strategies to manage resistance to change.
· Liaison and engage with organizational leaders to drive key projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Self-motivated and has high appetite to take challenges.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of work experience in a similar role. Candidates with HR, administration or operations experience will be preferred.
· Professionally experienced woman currently on a career break, with least 3 years of experience prior to career break are encouraged to apply.
