Branch Managers Bara Kahu Islamabad (Islamic Banking)
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets set by the Islamic Banking Division
- Implement branch-level marketing strategies in alignment with Shariah compliance.
- Ensure efficient daily operations of the branch in accordance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with Shariah guidelines and coordinate with the Shariah compliance department when needed.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure prompt resolution of customer queries or complaints.
- Promote awareness of Islamic banking values and ethics to build trust with clients.
- Lead, train, and motivate branch staff to meet business targets and uphold Islamic banking standards.
- Ensure staff are fully trained in Shariah-compliant financial products and services.
- Coordinate with internal audit and Shariah audit teams to address findings.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor degree preferably Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in banking, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role in Islamic banking.
- Preferably certification in Islamic banking/finance.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Shariah-compliant financial products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- High integrity and ethical conduct.

Position : Branch Managers Blue Area Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in target setting exercise and plan disbursement, portfolio growth, collection and maintain PAR ratios of designated branch.
- Monitor overall monthly and annual target disbursement, collection, portfolio growth & outreach.
- Conduct promotional activities of all financial products and services of the Bank.
- Ensure and maintain culture of zero tolerance on portfolio at risk and noncompliance of Bank policies.
- Ensure that all credit policies should be implemented and followed in true spirit.
- Visit customers along with the staff to provide guidance and support to field staff, identify field issues and to review the portfolio quality, in order to ensure sustainable growth.
- Elicit highest level of performance and productivity from employees through effective delegation, coaching and training.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the Bank.
- Participate in decisions for expansion/growth.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate preferably Commerce or Business.
- Preferably 5 to 7 years’ experience of managing a Branch in Microfinance sector.
Skills:
- Well versed with the trends of the Microfinance industry.
- Ability to lead and motivate sales team.
- Good organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
