Liberty Mills Limited is on the lookout for Senior Software Engineer – HR Software (Oracle Specialist).
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement HR software solutions using Oracle technologies.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Maintain and enhance existing HR applications to ensure optimal performance.
Write efficient, reusable, and scalable code while adhering to best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.
Ensure the security and integrity of HR data within Oracle environments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Oracle-based HR solutions.
Expertise in the following Oracle technologies:
Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL)
Oracle Fusion Middleware
Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) – HRMS module is a plus
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Oracle Java (JDeveloper)
Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is a bonus.
Experience with integration technologies like RESTful APIs, SOAP, and XML.
Strong understanding of data modeling, database design, and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
