Requirements & Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Management System role.
- Experience: Proven experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining QMS documentation.
- Analytical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Software: Proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation: Leading and overseeing the implementation of the QMS across all departments: Developing and maintaining QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Internal Audits: Conducting internal audits: Identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions are implemented to address non-conformances.
- Document Control: Managing the document control system: Ensuring all documents are up-to-date, controlled, and readily accessible to relevant personnel.
- Improvement: Facilitating continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance overall quality.
- External Audits: Supporting external audits: liaise with external auditors and prepare all necessary documentation for successful audits.
- Training: Providing training and guidance: Ensure employees are aware of quality procedures and understand their roles in maintaining a robust QMS.
- Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs): Track and analyze data to identify trends and make informed recommendations for improvement.
