Liberty Mills Limited, a leading name in the home textile industry, is expanding its Marketing and Product Development Department. We are looking for passionate, skilled, and experienced professionals to join our dynamic team. Candidates must have prior experience working with the USA division in the home textile sector.
Position Title:
- Manager – Marketing & Product Development
- Assistant Manager – Marketing & Product Development
- Executive – Marketing & Product Development
- Merchandiser – Home Textile
Job Description (Applicable to All Roles)
- Manage knits and woven home textile products from development to final shipment.
- Oversee the complete execution of home textile orders – from planning through production to on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, logistics) and external clients, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
- Ensure in-depth understanding of printing, dyeing, finishing, and styling processes.
- Maintain strong follow-up routines with buyers and production teams to meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Prior experience with the USA home textile market is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or Supply Chain Management or any relevant qualification.
Experience: Relevant industry experience in home textiles, particularly in the USA market.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platform, data analytic tools and ERP
- Proficiency in MS Office
