Manager (Energy Conservation)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize facility-wide energy consumption.
- Implement real-time monitoring & control strategies for demand-side management.
- Identify and execute Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for cost and efficiency improvements.
- Drive energy digitization through monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Integrate renewable energy solutions (solar, WHRBs, economizers).
- Conduct energy audits and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with energy standards (ISO 50001, CEM, LEED).
- Collaborate with maintenance, production, and utility teams to enhance energy efficiency.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Energy, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in industrial energy management (preferably textiles).
Skills:
- Expertise in steam systems, CHP, WHRBs, economizers, and utilities tracking.
- Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks (TPM, 5S, Kaizen) and energy monitoring software.
- Certifications such as CEM, LEED, or ISO 50001 are a plus.
