Learning & Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning programs aligned with business goals and technical advancements in the textile industry
- Create training content on textile manufacturing, materials science, quality control, and emerging technologies
- Identify training needs in collaboration with technical teams and subject matter experts
- Evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback; implement improvements accordingly
- Support skill development and upskilling initiatives in textile machinery and process optimization
- Maintain accurate training documentation, including SOPs, manuals, and e-learning materials
Education: MBA/MPA, M.Ed, MS in Psychology
Experience:
Experience in L&D, preferably in technical or manufacturing settings
Skills:
- Knowledge of instructional design, learning principles, and technical training development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
