We’re HIRING Lead – Access Control & Reporting

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the turnstile team, providing guidance, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
Manage and oversee daily access control operations, including monitoring of turnstile systems and access points.
Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly access control reports for management and compliance.
Coordinate with IT and Administration departments to ensure proper functioning and integration of turnstile and access control systems.
Handle system issues and escalate technical problems as needed.
Continuously evaluate and improve access processes to enhance security and operational efficiency.

Education: Graduation preferred

Experience: 3 years of experience in access control, security operations, or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of turnstile systems, RFID cards, and biometric access technologies.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data-driven reports.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with access control/security management software.
Background in facility or access management within large-scale industrial environments.
Experience in Attendance Management with OT (Overtime) Control and related reporting systems.
