Liberty Mills is looking for HRBP workforce. The candidate would be responsible to strategize workforce planning of integrated textile functions. Scope of this position would be expanded to all functions namely (but not limited to) spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing, processing, knitting and stitching. The inductee would also be responsible to analyze the technical requirements of skilled and unskilled workers, skill audit of existing floors, resource pulling strategies, employees compensation analysis & performance modeling, and lastly but not least devise and implement staff’s learning & development strategies.
