Liberty Mills Limited Jobs HR Assistant :We are looking to employ an HR-Assistant to join our rapidly growing team in developing and maintaining our HR quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Employees dealing with positive attitude.
• Process and prepare the employee ID Cards.
• Reviewing the probation period of new employees.
• Maintain the record of manual attendance, overtime and verification.
• Compiling and updating employee records.
• Calculate and issue advance salary through oracle software.
(And any other task assign by the HR Manager)
Required Skill:
• Strong Communication skill.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS excel.
Salary: Market Competitive
Education: Graduate
Experience: 06 months to 01 year (Fresh Graduate are also encourage to apply)
