EXECUTIVE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT (HOME TEXTILE)
Responsibilities:
- Support the PD team in executing the complete product development cycle for home textile items.
- Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely sample development.
- Assist in interpreting buyer requirements and translating them into workable product specs.
- Follow up on material sourcing, sample approvals, and product modifications.
- Maintain development records, timelines, and communication with internal departments.
- Stay updated with U.S. market trends and buyer preferences to support product innovation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in home textile product development, preferably for the U.S. market.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of PD processes and textile product specifications.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple development tasks.
