Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related analytical field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or performance reporting.
Skills
- Strong command of MS Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand processes, not just numbers.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow into a larger role.
- Good communication skills and structured thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of KPIs aligned with departmental and business objectives.
- Monitor performance trends and assist in productivity, cost, and efficiency analysis.
- Perform per-unit cost calculations and assist in variance analysis to support management decisions.
- Analyze raw operational data and convert it into meaningful insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
- Assist in department-wise performance evaluations and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
- Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand processes and performance drivers.
