Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage pre-order costing and product-wise/customer-wise profitability analysis.
- Monitor and analyze material, labor, and utility consumption across processing units.
- Conduct yield analysis, cost variance analysis, and efficiency tracking on a daily basis.
- Ensure proper cost allocation and recording of expenses in relevant cost centers.
- Prepare and review cost sheets, budgets, and financial models for textile processing operations.
- Perform stock counts of WIP and Finished Goods in processing and reconcile utility costs.
- Provide timely and accurate MIS reports and ensure effective ERP data management (Oracle).
- Implement and uphold costing policies, internal controls, and compliance protocols.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to identify and execute cost-saving opportunities.
- Support internal and external audits with comprehensive cost documentation.
- Monitor the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) maintained in Oracle Fusion.
Education:
- CMA / CMA Finalist Preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in costing within the textile processing industry.
Skills:
- Strong command of cost accounting principles and advanced Excel skills.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Oracle.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive cost optimization strategies.
