WE’RE HIRING GENERAL MANAGER PRODUCTION (FURNITURE FACTORY)
QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred).
EXPERIENCE: Experience: 8-10 years in furniture manufacturing, with at least 3 years in managing production of a large scale factory
LOCATION: SIALKOT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee production of leather sofas, armchairs.
- Manage factory staff, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
- Enforce strict quality assurance at every stage, from raw materials to final product.
- Ensure premium finishing, durability, and foam density standards.
- Supervise raw material usage and inventory management.
- Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Enforce workplace safety standards and compliance.
- Report production status and coordinate with other departments.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years’ experience in quality control (preferably in furniture manufacturing).
LOCATION: SIALKOT
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee quality assurance for leather furniture, sofas, armchairs, and built-in foam products.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control standards at all production stages.
- Conduct inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Identify defects and quality issues, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
- Develop quality checklists and SOPs for consistent product standards.
- Train and supervise QC staff to maintain high-quality output.
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and supply chain knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
