Job Opportunity: Head of E-Commerce
LAMA is looking forward to hire a dedicated and versatile Head Of E-commerce who will be responsible for leading overall E-commerce operations and executing the online sales strategy of the company. This role involves overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, driving online revenue growth, and ensuring a seamless and positive online shopping experience for customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
2-Oversee the management and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
Ensure the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions, as per company’s business needs.
3-Oversee product merchandising efforts, including product listings, descriptions, and visuals. Optimize product assortment and presentation to maximize sales and customer engagement.
4-Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on customer insights. Oversee the customer service for in time and professional addressing and resolving of online customer inquiries.
5-Oversee the development and execution of online marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Lead the marketing team to create compelling content, promotions, and advertising strategies.
6-Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and present findings to senior management.
7-Prepare report and suggest changes on e-commerce as per customer feedback.
8-Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure accurate stock levels.
9-Implement strategies to minimize out-of-stock situations and excess inventory.
10-Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with data protection and security regulations. Implement measures to protect customer information and secure online transactions.
Minimum Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Masters is a plus.
2-Proven experience of minimum of 4-5 years in managerial role in e-commerce management with a track record of driving online sales growth.
3-Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and industry trends.
4-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5-Strong project management and organizational skills.
6-Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
7-Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
8-Knowledge of SEO and online advertising.
9-Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
10-Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
11-Understanding of UX/UI principles.
