Job Opportunity: Floor Supervisor – Centaurus Mall, Islamabad
LAMA is looking for a dedicated versatile Floor Supervisor who will also be to oversee the workflow at branch. He/ She will also be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage retail staff, including cashiers and people working on the floor.
Ensure pricing is correct.
Assist in displaying products attractively and ensure they are properly organized on store shelves or displays.
Identify current and future trends that appeal to consumers.
Formulate pricing policies.
Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock.
Maintain store’s cleanliness and health and safety measures.
Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Process product returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.Ensure returned products are in good condition for resale.
Responsible for punctuality and cleanliness.
Maintenance of shop displays, standees, try rooms etc.
Performs other duties as necessary to support the objectives of LAMA assigned by the company management.
Minimum Requirements:
Intermediate or equivalent degree. Bachelors degree in business administration, management, operations management or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience of 2-3 years or more in a similar role in the retail industry is crucial.
Effective communication is vital for interacting with both customers and staff. Strong verbal communication skills are required to communicate professionally with the customers.
Knowledge of best practices related to the field.
Professional outlook is crucial for the role.
Proficiency in using retail management software, point-of-sale systems, and other relevant technology is crucial.

Salary Package: 58,000 Plus Commission
