DEPUTY MANAGER IT
LAMA Retail is seeking a Deputy Manager IT to make sure the technology infrastructure is well maintained as per the security and data protection protocols at LAMA.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 4 to 7 years of experience having proficiency in IT infrastructure and network management, ideally with exposure of ERP environments.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identify and resolve issues.
Desired Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL are desirable.
- Understanding of AI based solutions and ERP systems (preferably ODOO) with their integration with other business functions.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues along with experience in digital transformation initiatives.
