What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s in Textile Engineering (specialized in Yarn Manufacturing)
- Experience: 6–10 years in Open End Spinning
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant (SE11 & ACO-9) including recycling.
- Oversee production, workforce, maintenance, and quality management
- Hands on experience in blend cost, conversion cost, and raw material management
- Ensure quality control of raw materials at receiving
- Plan and execute Spin Plans efficiently
Skills Required:
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Knowledge of costing and recycling processes
- Excellent team coordination and planning abilities
