What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / ACCA / CA Inter
- Professional Training: Certification or training in Accounting, ERP, or MS Office preferred
- Experience: Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team lead in analyzing business process requirements and support design, development, testing, and implementation activities
- Learn and understand Oracle EBS modules, custom applications, and their integration with business processes
- Develop and maintain user documentation, process flows, and guidelines
- Provide daily end-user support and address ERP-related queries
- Gain a basic understanding of ERP systems and business process flows
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Visio
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Dedication to meeting deadlines and achieving business outcomes
- Ability to work under pressure, stay updated with new technologies, and mentor team members
