Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering
- 4+ years of relevant experience in ERP technical development
- Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX, Forms, Reports, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Power BI
- Experience in HR systems development and integrations (mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support ERP HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Training)
- Configure HR workflows, approval hierarchies, and system parameters
- Develop HR reports, dashboards, and MIS (headcount, payroll, turnover, attendance)
- Handle ERP customizations, user roles, access controls, and security settings
- Support payroll configuration, compliance checks, and resolve HR data discrepancies
- Manage system integrations, upgrades, UAT, and automation initiatives
- Provide user training, prepare SOPs, and handle system-related queries
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Attendance, Recruitment, Performance, Training)
- Expertise in report writing, dashboards, and data analysis
- Experience in ERP integrations and automation
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate between HR and technical teams
