What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Textile Engineering / Environmental Engineering
- Certification: Lead Auditor QMS – 9001
- Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant field
Skills & Expertise:
- Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of QA auditors and maintain QMS and other systems.
- Expertise in implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (QMS) to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Visio, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for reporting and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills to drive quality improvements.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans to improve operational effectiveness.
- Oversee and audit QMS and other systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and train QA auditors, ensuring alignment with SOPs and quality objectives.
- Analyze data and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality assurance best practices are followed.
