Position: Warehouse Incharge – Yarn Warehouse

Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 14 years of education (Graduation)
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in Yarn Warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring accurate verification (count, marking, lot) of all receipts from production and placement with strict FIFO discipline
- Maintain real-time Excel-based inventory reports, reconciled with system stock reports
- Conduct regular physical stock counts to ensure accuracy
- Supervise loading activities to ensure correct yarn count and quantity as per loading plans from marketing department
- Ensure accurate posting of delivery challans into ERP system
- Enforce compliance with HSE measures and safe use of material handling equipment (MHEs)
- Ensure compliance with Warehouse SOPs and maintain transparent reporting to management
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail, counting accuracy & lot traceability
- Team supervision and shift planning abilities
- Knowledge of pallets, lifters, and safe handling practices
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discipline
