What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: BS in Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 1–4 years in Lean Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process improvement initiatives across the Made Ups department
- Conduct Gemba/Dialogue Walks to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Lead digitization projects using Excel and Power BI for performance tracking
- Collaborate with Made Ups management to highlight issues and identify potential Kaizens
- Detect and eliminate lean wastes, and support the execution of process improvement action plans
Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Gemba Walks, and Kaizen
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to visualize data and build insightful dashboards

What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
- Experience: Fresh Graduates
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of Oracle APEX applications
- Write and debug SQL and PL/SQL code for procedures, triggers, and packages
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as DFDs, ERDs, flowcharts, and training manuals
- Participate in requirement gathering and system analysis sessions
- Support the migration of legacy Oracle Forms & Reports to APEX
Skills & Tools:
- Languages: SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python
- Oracle Tools: Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms & Reports (basic exposure)
- Database: Oracle Database (11g / 12c / 19c)
- Design & Documentation: AS-IS, TO-BE, DFDs, ERDs, Flowcharts using tools like Visio, ERWIN, Draw.io, Word
