Who are we looking for?
- Minimum 14 years of education from foreign/HEC recognized university, in business administration/commerce/accounting/ finance or economics.
- 3+ years of experience with a financial institution in retail environment. Exposure to retail/consumer finance will be an additional advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deposit Sales Planning & Business Growth
- Develop sales strategy/plan for growing Liability products.
- Prepare sales budgets, set objectives/targets for the year.
- Ensure optimum level of resource deployment to achieve the projected targets.
- Plan & implement marketing activities for ATM/Debit Card products.
- Ensure target achievement through the sales teams in assigned areas.
- To prepare monthly sales performance.
- To prepare weekly & monthly deposit reports.
- To prepare miscellaneous reports for internal & external communication.
- To prepare deposit MIX reports on daily basis for analysis.
- To prepare Liability sales incentive reports.
- Liaison with branches for various report generation.
- Tagging of deposit accounts to relevant staff as and when required.
- Monitoring of sales staff productivity against their assigned sales targets.
- Complete any other task related to cross function departments as and when required.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work under extreme conditions.
- Self-starter, assertive, team player, highly punctual and able to resolve conflicts without compromising on job objectives.
- Have strong analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite especially MS Excel.
- Exhibits and upholds KMBL’s values and social performance objectives.
