Who are we looking for?
- Should have at least 02 years of experience in fraud monitoring or investigations in a financial institution preferably a commercial/microfinance Bank.
- Minimum 14 years of education from HEC recognized university, preferably in business administration/commerce/accounting/ finance or economics.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Fraud Monitoring
· Supervise day to day fraud monitoring operations for ensuring that real time 24/7 monitoring activity performed by team in line with regulatory instructions.
· Cross verify/check that alerts are properly & timely closed/addressed by following Bank’s procedures.
· Serve as a backup of Fraud Monitoring Team for real time 24/7 monitoring of alerts through fraud monitoring system (FRACTALS).
B. Fraud Investigation, Reporting & Coordination
· Identify/detect cases on daily basis, investigate the methods and processes used in fraudulent activities and ensure their completion/closure within the defined turnaround times.
· To ensure that all investigations are conducted with full regard to due process rules including principles of fairness, efficiency and confidentiality.
C. Fraud Database Management, Reporting & Coordination
· Updating fraud database on real time basis and maintenance of case files to the appropriate standard.
· Assist in preparation of fraud prevention & analysis reports and ensure submission of periodic reports as per defined frequencies and time frames.
