Job Description
- Manage recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor regulations.
- Administer employee benefits and handle payroll processing efficiently.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate insightful reports for management analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in SAP Software
