Position: Quality Assurance Executive (Food)
Location: Karachi
Qualification :
Must be a Graduate in Food Science & Technology.
Certification/knowledge of Global Food Safety Initiative GFSI.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of QA experience in a related industry.
Must be a Graduate in Food Science & Technology.
Certification/knowledge on GFSI.
Job Description: Duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Conduct incoming and outgoing vehicle inspections.
Conduct Inspection of incomings material on a daily basis as per specs.
Monitor and lead integrated pest management activities.
Ensure compliance with food safety audits and maintain the Yum Audit checklist and documentation daily.
Conduct packaging product evaluation against brand standards & specifications and have close coordination with suppliers in case of non-compliance
Evaluate the cold supply chain from dispatch to delivery and conduct restaurant visits.
Monitor the personal hygiene of workers and transporters on a daily basis.
Conduct employee training on GMPs, IPM, and food safety and assist regional QA Manager in the training of employees required for Audit.
Conduct cold store inspection and evaluation of all incoming frozen supplies to ensure good storage practices.
Ensure the execution of process standards and commissary excellence plan.
Performs other duties as assigned.
