TRACEABILITY COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Kamal Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Traceability Compliance Officer to join our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring end-to-end traceability compliance, maintaining transparency in transaction certificates (TCs), and monitoring stock reconciliations in alignment with organic and sustainability standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and manage pending TCs to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and monitor seasonal projections for certification and compliance activities.
- Conduct stock reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain and update Monthly Organic Stock Balance Sheets.
- Prepare and circulate pendency sheets for tracking progress and delays
- Perform reconciliation of assignations to ensure proper documentation and traceability.
- Verify minimum composition requirements for TCs in compliance with standards.
- Ensure adherence to Garment TC Timelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in traceability compliance, documentation, or marketing operations within the textile/apparel sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
