JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partners, and channels for portfolio growth.
- Maintain strong coordination with partner banks for policy processing, MIS reporting, commissions, claims, and customer queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product development and support.
- Assist in preparing and managing business documents, agreements, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Manage and update records of enrollments, cancellations, refunds, and complaints.
- Provide market insights and research for product strategy.
- Prepare performance reports for the Bancassurance portfolio.
- Develop and deliver product training for bank staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
