JS Investments Limited is looking for an experienced professional to fill the Assistant Manager – Compliance position in our Compliance & Risk Management Department.
Job Description:
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments; Implement procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and advises departments on how to meet compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Carry out internal reviews of the compliance procedures and regulations, advises the departments to meet compliance with regulatory requirements enacted in the company, and improve them on regular basis.
- Ensure that effective internal protocols are in place to monitor the processes, internal reporting, and transactions/data to ensure these are in accordance with regulatory requirements, Internal Policies, and Procedures.
- Lead training initiatives with regards to the changes and familiarize the employees with regulations.
- Manage AML Compliance objectives, track & review progress, and ensure periodic reporting and escalations as applicable.
- Prepare MIS, documentation/ product reviews/management papers that are assigned, adhering to the quality and accuracy.
- Manage data analysis, simulations, and risk control assessments using data models.
- Act as a subject matter expert in cross-functional assignments &projects.
Education & Experience:
MBA/M.Com/ACCA
5 – 7 years of relevant experience in a similar role
