Position: Senior Credit Analyst – Corporate Commercial
Number of position: 1
Location: Karachi
Position Summary: Analyze credit proposals raised by various business units, maintain MIS generated from credit portfolio and monitoring of Central and North Region for any overdue/ delay in payment/ settlement for onward reporting.
Job Description:
- Analyzes credit proposals raised by Business Units by assessing key risk factors related to the client including financial risk profile, repayment capacity, security adequacy and industry position.
- Communicates with various stakeholders regarding existing and prospective borrowers regularly and assess credit worthiness of the customer by analyzing current financial and operational position and in-depth analysis of projected cash flows (where applicable) to evaluate the overall viability of the project.
- Ensuring credit facilities have been structured properly, reflecting the needs of the customer, and also adhering with internal and external policies / regulations.
- Furnish recommendations based on credit proposals and submit the final findings to senior management for review, discussion and approval in light of internal and external policies / regulations.
- Maintain MIS generated from credit portfolio, prepare presentations, and manage other credit related information using computer tools.
- Keep abreast of current economic scenario, dynamics of key industries, and impact of government regulations and policies impacting borrowers’ businesses.
- To assist Regional Credit Head North in any other assignment on adhoc basis.
Requirements:
-5 to 7 years of relevant experience
-Minimum Masters preferably ACCA/CFA/FRM
-Full time / Permanent
