JS Bank is currently looking for SME Department:-
Relationship Manager – Assets,
- Years of experience: 3 years (minimum)
- Qualification: Undergraduate in Finance/Banking or related discipline (MBA would be an asset)
- Location/ City: Karachi
Skills & Knowledge:-
1)Effective communication skills including good writing capabilities and good understanding of Microsoft Office.
2)Credit Assessment skills along with sound knowledge of regulations of assets and trade.
3)Candidate is expected to be a good portfolio manager and is required to grow the portfolio through induction/enhancement of NTBs/ETBs.
4)Candidate should possess problem solving skills to handle client queries and complaints.
Job Description (major):-
- Develop & maintain strong working relations with all clientele & bank’s internal stakeholders i.e. Risk, CPU Trade, Compliance.
- Identify, solicit and acquire NTBs in line with bank’s approved strategies.
- Facilitating delivery of exceptional services to customers and managing existing key customer relationships.
- Establish new leads, secure meetings, offer financing facilities and promote bank’s products with strong focus on risk adjusted returns.
- Guide and train relationship associates under direct reporting.
- Continuous monitoring of respective portfolio health to track performance indicators are in line with bank’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure meticulous compliance of internal policies and SBP Regulations.
