Joyland Ltd is looking for a position of “Senior Executive Accounts“
Qualification: CA/ACCA/ACMA part qualified
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience (preferably audit firm)
Location: DHA Phase 8, Karachi
Gender: Male
Job Description:
- Closing Trial Balance on a Daily Basis.
- Bank Reconciliations on a Daily Basis.
- Monthly Adjusting/Closing Entries.
- Following Customers for Payments.
- Maintaining Receivable Ageing.
- Following Vendors for Invoices.
- Maintaining Payable Ageing.
- Withholding Income Tax and Relevant Sales Tax while making payments to vendors.
- Checking if the Customers have deducted/charged correct Taxes while making payments to us.
- Preparing Cheques for Vendors.
- Preparing and Submitting Monthly Sales Tax Returns.
- Preparing and Submitting Quarterly/Annual withholding Income Tax Statements.
- Coordinating and Collecting Data from other offices to perform aforementioned tasks.
- Coordinating with Bankers.
- Reporting to Finance Manager.
