Position: Finance Executive
Jotun Pakistan is looking to hire a Finance Executive on a Fix Term Contract based at Head Office, Lahore. It is an excellent opportunity to gain versatile experience in a multinational company.
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Support the Finance function by preparing and executing tasks, timely processing of book entries, preparing required information and reports in line with internal and external requirements to ensure correct financial data is available at the right time.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Manager by verifying and analyzing financial data and providing relevant reports as required.
- Support the finance team by coordinating relevant schedules related to financial reporting to generate accurate reports and data.
- Assist Manager in preparing and maintaining a sustainable financial reporting process with an analysis of key financial information in order to support management in making well-informed decisions.
- Support the implementation of new tools and techniques to improve the financial reporting routines.
- Perform assigned tasks as required across the Finance function (e.g., Accounting tasks, etc.)
- Consolidating data for analysis and reporting
- Use various systems and other data sources to create financial reports regularly and on demand.
- Perform analysis on business- and financial data as requested, regularly and ad-hoc basis.

What we are looking for:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree/part qualified professional degree
- Strong English communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
- High Level MS Office Skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in ERP environment would be added advantage
