Position: Executive Oil Accounts
Job Location: Karachi
Core Responsibilities:
- To ensure that stock is being reconciled on daily basis across the network, this includes assuring real time recordings of purchases, sales, stocks transfer in / out by location staff.
- To ensure daily reported stock is in line with SAP stock.
- Reconcile physical stock with ERP data and resolve variance.
- To ensure adequacy of stock in transit, this includes routine daily monitoring to evaluate transit stock against the established standard journey days.
- To conduct scheduled visits to locations to oversee business operations and observe the adequacy of controls.
- To verify periodic inventory loss / gain for respective locations.
- To ensure smooth execution of the ERP in locations and address issues with the consultants.
- Coordinate with operations, Finance and logistics.
Required Qualification:
- BBA (Finance/ Supply chain) or master’s degree in commerce.
- 3+ years of experience in Oil Operations or Oil Accounts.
- Advance MS Excel Knowledge, (Pivot Table, Advance Formulas etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP Business One.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
