WE’RE HIRING! QA & PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field (FMCG preferred)
- Must have a degree in Food Technology/Diploma in Chemical OR Applied Chemist.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and production processes.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of quality control and assurance standards during production.
- Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process goods and finished products.
- Identify and address deviations from quality standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate with R&D for testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Assist in improving production efficiency while maintaining quality benchmarks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation and reports for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, quality certifications and production technologies.
