SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales or Marketing
- Minimum 3-4 years of proven sales experience in FMCG/institutional/HORECA sector
- Strong network and connections in Hospitality Industry.
- Ability to travel extensively nationwide
- Excellent negotiation, communication and team management skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and manage strong relationships with HORECA (hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers & wholesalers)
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and converting new institutional business opportunities
- Build and manage institutional sales channels across assigned regions nationwide
- Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams for product availability and timely delivery
- Share customer insights with product teams to support innovation and improvement
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at relevant trade events
