Position: Travel Executive
Location: Karachi, Head Office
Education: Graduation
Experience: 2-3 years in similar role
The incumbent will be responsible for:
• All domestic and International travel bookings through the designated traveling agency.
• Timely managing boarding & lodging of travelers
• Coordinates with branches and other offices for hotel reservations
• Handle & make arrangements for visa and related documentation for the employees traveling abroad and for visitors/guests coming to Pakistan from other countries.
• Coordination for timely payment of travelling bills
