The incumbent is responsible for the Development of Brand Plan, Advertising, Sales Promotion, Pricing Plans, Product Development in the Field, Coaching & guidance of the field team, develop close coordination with dealers and farmers for the product range of the company to ensure rapid growth in Sales revenue and sustained improvement in profitability of the organization.
