Position: Senior Agronomist
Location: South Punjab
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Sciences Specialization or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Proven 8-10 years of experience in Perennial Crop production within corporate domain as Head of Department.
- Advanced crop diagnostic skills.
- Familiarity with the modern Machinery used in perennial & High Value Chain Crops.
- Dealing team at large Spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for production Sites and must have the sound knowledge of Perennial Crop & High value chain crops in Pakistan.
- Will be visiting each site at certain frequency.
- Will ensure that all the crop activities are being executed according to crop production plan.
- Plan & implement agronomic programs for Perennial & High Value Chain Crops.
- Analyze soil water -plant tissue Report to design balance fertilizer Plan.
- Develop perennial & high value chain crop-based irrigation Schedules under HEIS model.
- Conduct Regular Field Inspections & crop health assessments to recommend corrective action based on field data.
- Will be integral part of preparation of crop production plan and SOPs.
- Will be responsible for all the yield reports of activities and analysis.
