🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain installer database and records
- Monitor competitor activities and share market insights
- Build strong relationships with solar installers
- Activate inactive installers and improve engagement
- Promote company products for installer adoption
- Organize meetups, trainings, and engagement sessions
- Share field feedback on trends and installer needs
- Coordinate effectively with installers and line manager
🎓 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in retail, solar, or channel sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Good reporting and coordination skills
- Experience with solar installer networks is a plus
