Job Summary/Description:
- Lead production planning and allocation of resources in line with manufacturing strategies to support operational plans and targets
- Monitor continuous control of operational performance to ensure productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency along with identifying and managing improvements
- Coordinate with engineering department for preventive maintenance planning and implementation
- Ensure all Manufacturing standards, Governance, Compliance requirements and is regularly reviewed and monitored for effective implementation
- Liaison with all concerned department for best in class product delivery and administrative control on production floor
- Implement & improve SAP system intra and internal department to get maximum results and helpful for decision making
- Plan training schedule, objective setting for overall production team
