We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Senior Engineer Utilties to join our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of utility systems. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, implement preventive maintenance plans, and maintain critical documentation.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily O&M of all Utilities including HVAC, Boiler, Air Compressors, RO Plants, Water Supply and Distribution System.
· Prepare plan and Implement PPM for department equipment.
· Maintain documentation related to daily processes and for audits.
· Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability, efficiency and safety.
· Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with team members.
· Follow up with suppliers, PO’s and quotes.
Skills:
· Good Communication Skills.
· Problem Solving.
· SAP.
· MS Office.
· Engineering Calculations.
