Job Description:

1. Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
2. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
3. Maintain all machinery to ensure it is at working standards
4. Create and implement maintenance procedures
5. Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
6. Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
7. Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
8. Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates
