- Pre-engineering survey and preparation of reports of the same
- Preparation of process design basis
- Process equipment sizing calculations, mass balance calculations, hydraulic calculations and pump head loss calculations
- Preparation of PFD, P&ID, HFD and plant layout
- Developing Mech. GADs of equipment and related calculations
- Checking vendor drawings, datasheets and technical documents
- Execute and supervise corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance followed by pre-defined maintenance schedules
- Maintain critical and necessary spares inventory
- Timely up gradation of plant and machinery
