Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow CandyLand’s sales operations in Islamabad through strong team leadership and effective sales execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales performance to achieve targets, KPIs, and business growth objectives.
- Ensure coverage expansion and effective route-to-market (RTM) planning for operational efficiency.
- Coach, guide, and manage sales teams, addressing performance gaps through targeted training opportunities.
- Support operational efficiency of regional distributors while strengthening relationships with priority accounts, retailers, and distributors.
- Align business and people development strategies with national sales goals.
- Ensure effective execution of trade programs for priority and wholesale accounts through the Regional Field Sales Force, and identify and negotiate with high-potential regional accounts.
- Maintain sales quality and hygiene through administrative controls, audits, and data monitoring.
- Prepare and manage regional trade and promotional budgets for efficient execution.
- Oversee timely preparation and submission of distributor claims and sales tracking documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- 7+ years of FMCG sales experience with a proven track record in managing teams
- Strong leadership, people management, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication, negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
