We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Treasury Operations to join our Finance team. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring accurate execution of banking transactions, effective liquidity management, and strict compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and monitor daily treasury operations including payments, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage cash flow requirements to ensure optimal utilization of funds and timely availability of liquidity.
- Coordinate with banks for transaction processing, facility management, and operational requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of banking transactions, treasury reports, and MIS for management review.
- Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposure, financing arrangements, and debt servicing.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation and automation of treasury systems and processes.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounts Payable, etc.) to ensure smooth treasury operations.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Requirements:
- MBA in Finance, CA/ACCA finalist (preferred).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or financial operations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, cash management, and banking procedures.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, payments, and foreign exchange operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
